
JOSEF KŠICA (CZECH REPUBLIC)
Born in Czech Republic. Graduated from musical conservatory in Brno and the Academy of Musical Arts in Prague.
From 1990 is a member of Prague’s philharmonic orchestra. Founder of Prague Chamber Orchestra, with which in 1996 won gold medal on international musical competition in Osaka (Japan).
From 1999 works in St. Vitus, St. Wenceslas, St Adalbert Cathedral as a leader of orchestra and conductor of Prague cathedral choir. With the orchestra and the choir, took part in many international tours – Israel, Italy, Germany, Spain and other.
Pays much attention to modern directions of ancient Czech and world music.
