How to Apply for Participation in the Festival?
Read the festival regulations, choose the one that interests you, and submit an online application on this page. You can also download the application form, fill it out, and send it by email to сyberart@pitagross.cz.
I am from another country. Do you provide assistance with the documents needed for entry into the Czech Republic?
Yes, we provide visa and support services. Submit your application for festival participation, and we will contact you to discuss the details.
What are the criteria for judging contestants?
Each jury member evaluates the performance of a contestant based on their personal expert opinion, principles of impartiality, and objectivity.
Does the participation fee include accommodation and transportation/accompanying program?
Accommodation and excursions are included in different participation packages. Detailed information can be found in the festival terms or by contacting us.
How to make a payment for participation in the festival?
Payment for the festival is made according to the following scheme:
Payment of the registration fee of 350 euros. In case of cancellation of participation in the festival, the registration fee is non-refundable. The registration fee is not an additional payment and will be taken into account in future settlements.
The basic participation fee can be paid in two ways:
1) By bank transfer (no later than 5 working days before the start of the festival)
2) In cash on the day of arrival of the group (before checking into the hotel).
In case of cash payment, it is necessary to fill out a guarantee letter.
Where can I find information about the festival?
The competition terms and conditions are the key document regulating the relationship between the organizing committee and the contestants. Contestants who have not studied the terms and conditions cannot participate in the competition. By submitting an application, the contestant agrees to carefully study and accept the terms and conditions of the competition.
The main means of communication between participants and the organizing committee is the OFFICIAL WEBSITE of the competition. During the competition and festival, the organizing committee processes a large amount of information, so we urgently ask you to study the terms and information posted on the official website yourself.
